How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, please allow 6 to 10 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States. Please allow 8 to 16 business days for other international destinations.

Incorrect Address
Shipping address can not be changed after your order is made. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. No refunds will be provided for these packages. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties (Outside Canada and the USA)
All Hidden Hills watches are shipped from our head office in Halifax, Canada. If you are an international customer outside of Canada, the USA or Australia, we do NOT charge you sales tax (VAT) on your purchase! You may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. Refer to the table below for an estimate of your import fees in your country. No refunds of customs fees will be provided. If your package is unclaimed or you refuse to pay your duties, no refund will be given.

I did not receive my order.
If you did not receive your order after 21 days since your order was placed, please email support@shop.hiddenhills.co. International delivery is dependant not only on Canadapost but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order.
